Hi guys, please post your vocaroo recording here. Only talk about your main claim and the supporting claims that compound your whole argument. No more than 3 minutes, please. Responde to one person before Friday class session.
Hey guys! this is my recording explaning my speech's main claim. Sorry if there is any background noise. I hope you like it. Have a lovely day! http://vocaroo.com/i/s1LDOMFrUPAX
Hi Natha, I really like the claim of your speech,i think, if you want to be a really good teacher, it is very important to find how to connect with students. I know you'll do the presentation so well.
Hey, I love your claim and I think it's an interesting and the information you will share with us on monday will be helpful for us in the future. Waiting to see your speech.
I like the topic. It is complex. I think I have mentioned this in class. There is division of opinions: some people think getting too involved with students´might difficult to handle, because that usually creates expectation on their part that imply making exceptions and so on. Teachers realize then that every student has a story and it is hard to have 20 or more students holding expectation about the teacher might behave in certain special way because s/he knows their possible special circumstance. Other people say knowing each other will lead to better results. I think I remain right in the middle.
I think your claim is a really interesting one. This is an important subjet for us to know and undertand as future teachers. I'm looking foward to heard it. =)
Les, in my opinion you have made a really interesting claim, in fact, I’m curious to listen to your speech because you have chosen a topic that is useful for us as foreign language students and future language teachers.
Hello everybody, here's my record about the claims in my topic. I highly recommend the usage of headphones. My mic is kinda wasted :v Hope you like it. http://vocaroo.com/i/s10HTtjD5x5e
Hi, I have to say that you always find the way to surprise me, I think your topic is great and that you've developed it amazingly (i'm not saying this because i'm your critical friend)

Hi Andrea. Firstlly, I want to highlight that you have change your topic, instead psychology in students behavior and academic performance, for one easier or not too complex, now you are talking about students motivation and the teacher's role on this. I think your topic is very interesting and so helpful, I as a bystander are going to take your work to investigate, because motivation is really important for student and more in complex societies with a lot problems, as Colombian society. Finally, I want you to consider some advises about propunciation, that are related with: /v/ if you pronounce this phoneme in a properly way that will increase your speaking proeficency. Also, in the 31-32 you pronounce studer instead students. And I made this advise, because you have a pronunciation and fluence, first time a heart your recorder I note your fluency, you do it like a native speaker, so I want you to improve, and remember /v/ is strong.
Hello Andrea ☺ I think your topic is really interesting and the explanations you did in the recording are well planned and argumented. I like that you talk about something that to many people can be irrelevant, because I think that there's this concept about teaching not being a valueable or respectable profession, and by listening to you talk about the importance of the teacher's interest in his/her students' progress in class makes me really happy and I like it a lot, I share a lot of ideas with you, good work. Looking forward to see your speech! See you in class!
Go girl, you nailed it. I can't wait to hear your speech. I really like this "preview" you just made, I think your claims are clear, your supporting ideas are perfect and the evidence you have makes this speech pretty interesting. Once I wondered if private schools were better in terms of teaching a second language than public schools. Therefore I'm looking forward to know more about it.
